  • Hand wash: actiLEGS compression stockings should be hand washed.
  • Use mild detergent: Use a mild detergent that is suitable for delicate fabrics.
  • Avoid fabric softeners: Do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets when washing or drying actiLEGS compression stockings.
  • Drying method: After washing, avoid wringing or twisting the stockings to remove excess water. Instead, gently squeeze or pat them with a towel to absorb moisture.
  • Storage: When not in use, store actiLEGS compression stockings in a clean and dry place.

Cautions

  • When wearing actiLEGS stockings, it is important to take extra caution if you have had a recent skin graft, severe dermatitis, a pressure ulcer to the lower limb, or fragile skin.
  • If you are in between sizes, choose the larger size.

Warning

  • Check the fitting daily to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.
  • Do not turn down the top band of the stocking, as it can restrict blood flow.
  • The stockings may interfere with certain local conditions, so it is recommended to consult a doctor if in doubt.

Contra-Indications

  • Please note that our compression stockings may not be suitable for those with severe peripheral vascular disease, severe arterial disease, peripheral neuropathy, pulmonary edoema, severe deformity of the legs, or gangrene of the lower limbs.
  • If in doubt, it is advisable to consult your doctor before wearing our stockings.
  • Remember, our stockings are for single-patient use only.
  • After use, hand wash them in cool water and dry on a flat surface away from direct sunlight.
